Hi, ive got a stuffed DT200R engine. I need some parts for it but OEM stuff is a bit pricey.
First thing i want to do is put a billet clutch basket in. DT200R and Blaster use the same plates, i wonder if the billet baskets will work too.
Does anyone have a new one in its box just sitting around??? could they grab it out and take some pictures of the back side of it for me please. I want to see if it will go onto a DT200R or DT175 (1991 1EJ not the old ones) gear. Cant find any pictures of the back side on the net.
Next thing is the crank.
Ive taken some pictures of the DT200R crank. I have checked the part numbers and about the only thing that matches up is the conrod.
DT200R motor is the same thing except the stroke and bore as a DT125R motor. These two and the blaster and the WR200 all share the same crank seals.
Im fairly sure that the flywheel end is the same.
Can someone measure the shaft on the drive ned of the crank for me. It should be the same diameter as both bikes use the same dirve gear for the ballance shaft but is it the same length.
Are the flywheel weights/wheels the same diameter. sane soemone measure them for me.
In metric works for me.
