help me out im new with atv its my first one

i just bought a 2002 Yamaha blaster of this dude for $350
he says it has good compression and kick over good
it just dosent turn on because it has no spark
what can I do to fix this please help

Just because "he says it has good compression" you should take a compression reading to verify it.

I just got and there's these cables cut does the black connect to black and yellow /blAck connect to yellow/black

If it is a 2002 then no. You should also cut them again so that there is no wire showing so they can't touch. If it's a 2003 or newer then yes connect them.

Also post pics of both sides of your carb so we can tell you if it's set up right. If you're pre mixing you need oil injection hole on carb blocked off or it will cause a lean condition.

Hole is blocked off professionaly
