hard shifting

alright so acouple days ago i took my drain plug out so i could match it up with a self tapping one and today put it in, filled her up with oil and went to ride bit for some reason couldnt get it in gear. well after awhile of shaking the lever i finally get itt in first so i jump on and try to put around to see if i could get in any other gear, well i finally get second and go for third but nothing well after bout ten mins of messin with it i park it . aany clue on wats goin onn. it was all fine before i changed the drain plug. clutch is workin fine it seems more shifter.

sounds like the clutch cable might need some adjusting

i started messing with it after i put my hand guards on and i had to move the clutch in alil.

did you put 650ml in? if you put too much i believe this problem occurs

no i filled the fluid in between the marks.

alright i fel stupid but the self tapping drain plug i put in was too long. it was stopping me from shifting. i feel stupid now but atleast it aint an expensive fix. i seem to lean twards that everytime, but can ya blame me.lol
