New to forum, just got blaster running last night for first time that I bought and had to take her to the track yesterday to try it out. I have a couple vids of her jumping it (shes 13) and this is what it looked like after she was done. This is the first bigger family quad. I really got for my wife to ride quad with my 10yr old and her trx90. The 13yr old rides a cr125 but wanted to give this a try. The quad is a bone stock 2001 I bought for $400. it hadnt run in at least 4 yr. The trans would only shift into first and second. A quick tear down of motor and soaking carb in carb cleaner, removing a chipped tooth from inside trans and replace the gear and it is good to go!! Also, want to thank everyone for an awesome site. I used a lot of posts on here to redo the engine since I dont have a service manual yet.

welcome, be sure to leak down test it, if its been sitting that long, compression test wouldint hurt either
Thanx for the tip, but, when I had it apart I ran a ball hone down it and put new rings in.
