decent aftermarket tires, nerfs/rims, pipe, new chain/sprockets and some other small goodies
if the compression checks out 120-ish......buy it, offer him $750 first though

other then no front plastics
and drum brakes it looks great for 900
it has a lot of mods
although i got a good deal on first ever 04 blaster for 950
with fmf widened stance and ran like a dream....but yes i would buy it
sounds like you sold your other blaster to avoid all the issues.
make sure you get a good look/test drive at it before purchase to avoid unscene issues when you get it home
