Gonna be parting out a blaster can't post on the for sale thread but did a leak test on my blaster no leaks went out to tune it in and get it running good and blew the top end again haven't tore into it yet to see the damage but on Wednesday spent 300 bucks on new cylinder piston and everything not gonna pour more money into it just for it to break in two days again must wanna get my money back out of it that I've put into it

You can't post in the for sale section cause you don't have enough posts or need to be a supporting member. But even if you were able to post you would have broken all the rules.lol No pics,No prices,No feedback pretty much means no sales.

So I have to ask.Did the crank spec out? Are you running the stock oil injection? Did you prime it before you started it?It's not the bike.Something else is causing the issue and should have been fixed. My guess is crank was bad and thats why it blew the first time and the second????

Tbe crank looked good to me no up and down play im not that good at knowing everybting but I made sure it was clean and no dirt got in when I put it back together I just pulled it apart and the cylinder is fine no marks but the piston has marks in the top of it like something was in there the plug didn't break and there were no shaving so I have no clue just don't wanna keep spending tons and tons of mo et on something not worth it to me sorry if I sound a little edgy I just hate when stuff like this happens lol

Was the float level correct and did you have the carby jetted correctly for your mods if any.

What processes did you perform when you tried to tune the motor.

What oil do you use, Are you running oil injection, if not what ratio do you use.

Even though it passed a leak test it does not mean that everything is hunky dory, there are many other things to be considered.

The jets I don't think we're correct but the float level was correct but even at that it shouldn't have done it within 2 minutes of riding it specially when I didn't give it more than 1/4 throttle

Did you heat cycle after rebuild.

Do you warm up for 5 or so minutes or do you just jump on start up and ride.

If a fresh rebuild blew up within 2 minutes there must be a major problem with fuel or lubrication starvation.
