Those head gaskets can only be used once, when you torque it down it compresses to make a good seal and can't be used again.
So to fix this you're going to want to take you're head off and check if it's warped or not, if it is you can get it milled or buy a good used one. If it's not get all the old gasket and sealer off the head and cylinder and put a new gasket on (a Yamaha gasket from the dealer is best) and torque the head in a criss cross pattern to 20 ft-lb. Then do 3 or 4 heat cycles, re-torque the head and you're good to go.
But while you have it apart I would recommend getting a top end gasket set and check you're piston, rings and the bore while you're at it.
