funny thing happen to me

i just moved further north from dawson creek and the blaster ran for a week then died again.same problem,striped head bolts.i give up im going to order a new 240 kit and port it myself,mostly the intake porting,not too sure about lifting the exaust port.it would be one hell of a expencive f up if i eft it up lol.

you should do the exhaust port a little thats where the power is gonna come from. maybe consider getting the head modified at least? sorry to hear about your motor crappin out on ya.

Invest in a torque for $60-110 wrench, no higher than 25lbs of torque. Or you wont be riding for very long

wonder if i could use the ken's head mod on the 240?
ill see what i can do with the exaust.
as long as i dont take too much off the cylinder ports i should be ok i hope
