Fuel Probelem

[2006 blaster]

Hey guys i was riding yesterday and i was just idling along and it just stopped ......sooo we thought it was a gas probelem so we claened the carb and still nothing ..we tryed to pull start it behind the tractor and it will run a little bit and then it will slowly cut out...so we put in a new plug because it was wet but still nothing...it has good spark though...no clue what happened..it could be electrical..but not sure

have any gas in the tank? lol check compression and your petcock screens

Do a compression test then check your reeds.

valve is good...it feels like it has plenty of compression when i kich it but will check with guage

If its sparking, than its mostly not electrical. Try cleaning air filter, and check reeds

before i check...does my carb have to come off to look at the reeds?

thanks...it was the reeds..the plastic piece was broken.

nice! glad u figured it out! now get some vf3's or boyesen dual stage carbon fiber reeds!

Same thing happend to my 06 blaster i was riding and it lost power and shut off and since then cant start it i tryed cleaning carb but dont think thats the problem?
