sorry for not posting this in a correct category guys but i need this advice fast, like by the end of the day for sure.
Alright so i ordered the ASV lever set for my blaster.....even though my blaster is a much later model they only had selection for 2001-2006 models on the site i ordered from... so i chose the 2001 model because i thought they had dual front drum brakes as does every year before 03' (am i wrong about this?) so i get my lever set today and im real exited to see what it looks like on my bike, so i run to the basement and throw the clutch lever on...SWEET! then i go to put the brake lever on and... sh*t!!! it a hydraulic front brake lever! WTF! its ment to fit the stock master cylinder ... only problem is I DONT HAVE ONE (duhhhhh)
so im wondering if the 2001 yamaha blaster has a master cylinder for the right front brake lever, or if its supposed to be mechanical and the company screwed me over???
thanks for your help guys
and sorry again for not posting in a more appropriate spot... just need answers fast!!
