Friends wheel bearings keep flying out plz help!

so the guy that i bought my blaster off of has his own he was working on and the wheel bearings keep flying out. hes replaced them 3 times and and the same story, after 100 yards the axle comes out and the bearings fly out how would he fix this. i told him to use a lock washer and some lock tight.

The bearings are usually a VERY tight press fit in the axle carrier. If they're flying out then there must be something wrong with either carrier housing, axle, or bearings.

- Sure he got the right size bearings?
- Is the axle bent? If its got too much runout and is whipping too much, the vibration might be able to work the bearings and nuts loose.
