fresh rebuild, lube questions

what should i use for 2 stroke oil and gear lube ? i know this will open up a can of worms but whats good to use for breakin or everyday riding ?

i break in with pertol based 2 stroke and then run amsoil dominator, rings are supposed to seat better using a non synthetic, then i run amsoil severe gear in the clutch side. that's what i run
