How do you ship a frame? Do you put it in a box? If so, where do you get the box? And who will ship one?

Any shipping company should be able to ship a frame. I am sure you could get a big enough box at a moving supply place/storage place.
Bubble wrap it and take it to a UPS store or facility to have it weighed and measured. We get and ship frames all the thime.
I heard that Gray Hound ships freight under their buses. I got a car bumper shipped to me like that one time. The only down side is it only goes to the closest bus terminal to you.
Yep Greyhound does do shipping like that.... When I looked into it they were ALOT cheaper than the other shippers. However like Djack said they only ship to the terminal.
