What's goin on guys, I just had a quick question reguarding an exhaust for my blaster. I am currently runnin my FMF Gold series fatty pipe with the powercore ll silencer but a buddy of mine has a used Toomey header/down pipe and silencer for sale. I was just wondering how much of an improvement the toomey set up would be over my FMF ? Also around how much should I pay for it, again it is used but looks to be in pretty good shape ... I appreciate any input !

The Toomy will give better mid to top end power and a much better sound. Price depends on the condition. Make sure you check your jetting after installing the Toomey.
Theyre in pretty good shape, no dents and the chrome is still shinin through on 75% of the down pipe and 100% of the silencer. With a good cleaning and polishing the whole thing should shine. He wants $150 but I think I can get it for $125 ... I think that's a descent deal but I wanted some other opinions on the price

Toomey jets are gonna be a bit higher than FMF.
My buddy's blaster had a 270 main with FMF and Uni, I had 310 for the same with Toomey. Just to give you an idea-ish of where the jetting will be going.

You should see a large improvement with the toomey. Id defiantly buy it. Plus its the best looking silencer I think.
I used to run a Toomey pipe on my Blaster, and I wish I had kept it. I had another 2002 Blaster which had an FMF pipe. I was not too impressed with the FMF when compared to the Toomey. $ 150.00 is very fair for a Toomey in good shape.
