flat spot

my blaster pull really well until its just about to hit the power band were it suddenly hardly's pulls it just got a flat spot...once you get it past the flat spot it revs really well again...anyone know why this is?

possibly needle adjustment.

sounds like it sputters...easy fix...Need a smaller main in there...what does your plug look like???

I stick with my needle adjustment because it is in the middle of the rpm range. A jeting problem seems to always show it's self at the beginning or end of the rpm range in my expirence

I would agree with the needle. With it out of gear hold it half throttle and that will tell u

ok thanks thats probally the problem because it was jet for an open air box uni filter with vf3's and dmc ehaust and now it only has the reeds
