well, this past week i've been working my job and then on the quad the rest of everyday trying to get it ready for this weekend. it payed off and i got to get it out yesterday. well, while i was at pushetta creek, i was riding the hell out of it, and then it all the sudden started popping after a couple laps. i took it back to the pits. there was noone at the track that really knows blasters, and i had already did the jetting and what not and it was set up right. i ended up calling awk08 for some advice on what to do, and he helped me in the right direction, and soon i was back out on the track rippin it up again. well, i was starting to get fast through the whoops section, and then there is a double about fifty feet after the whoops and when i hit it i knew it was all bad. i ended up casing it, and the bike flipped over with me on it. keep in mind i was in third pinned so i was moving pretty good. the bike landed on me, and rolled back over on its wheels. thank god for tether kill switches. well anyways, a few hours in the er and i found out i have one or two bruised ribs, and all the muscles in my lower back are torn. i'm just glad i didnt do anything to my spine. anyways, moral of the story, i had a good time, except i'm paying for it now, and anyone who rides mx and doesnt have a tether, get one for sure. also, awk08 is a great guy. thanks for the help bud

Wow that's crazy. I strained a muscle in my back before and it hurt for weeks. I can't imagine how bad that has to hurt but at least it wasn't worse.

its really not. when i could finally get up, the adrenaline was still flowing so i could move, and being young and dumb like i am, i jumped back on my quad and the throttle side of the handlebars were creased and pointed straight to the ground. my brand new tusk bumper is tweaked, my grab bar is bent, my steering stem is bent, and one of the brand new rear tires was pushed off the bead. well i was all the way on the other side of the track, keep in mind the track is 1.5 miles long. so i kicked it over, and it started right up and the throttle was stuck about halfway open. thats where the tether kill switch came in, since if it didnt shut it off, the quad would have taken off and possibly hit someone or something. but i rode it back to the trailer, and basically fell off of it
