There's a lot of upgrades. It depends on how much power you want and are willing to spend to get it.
Just what 7 said How much green are you willing to spend the cheapest mod that does someting is getting rid of the airbox lid next adding a uni airfilter next mabey a set of good reeds like boyesen adds more down low or Vforce 3 reeds which add more up top. but if your gonna spend some money the first thing I sudjest is a set of pipes. Like FMF for more low/middle end power and toomey for more middle/ top end power. But what ever you do dont get howed by any kind of verson of DG pipes what so ever. Virtually no power is added what so ever in comparison to the stock one.
