I put 10in douglas wheels on my back axle love the style and look I can't afford two new front wheels right now and I would like the ones I have to match the back there's like a gray kinda paint or is this powdercoatingView attachment 35649

Those look like non-Blaster Yammy front wheels that have been flipped. Have you tried polishing them?
Or could be yellowed clear coat
