f*ck FMF!!!

SOOO PISSED IV HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE SINCE IV GOT MY BLASTER WITH THIS f*ckING FMF PIPE THAT FALLS OFF AT THE WORST POSSIBLE MOMENT YES FALLS OFF!!!!!

I FOUND OUT I NEED AN FMF EXHAuST FLANGE!!! UD THINK THEY WOULD INCLUDE IT!!!
AND NOW I CANT FIND ONE TO BUY THIS IS SUCK BULL CRAP DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE U CAN GET ONE OR IF THE PIPE CAME WITH ONE IM SOOOO PISSED!

custom make one out of some aluminium but u will need a welder and somethign to bend it with

i know it seems so stupid that they dont include one. thats why im not going to buy one. if they cant even supply you with a flange how good are they?but you can buy one at Rocky Mountain for $30. its pretty exspensive for a small piece of aluminum.

fdsjaifjkdsaklfjdsf i cant do that!! i have the stock flange it fits snug but i dont have anything to attach a spring to to hold the header on..

ok..... ummmm sh*t wellll maybe u can run a metal wire around the header and then tie it to somethign as a temporarily. but it wouldn't last long

eh idk i gues il just get a spring and go from the hook on the pipe and atach it to the cylinder somehow

My FMF "Fatty" has been on my Blaster for over 100hrs on the stock flange and it doesn't even have the spring on it!?

the spring is designed to attach to the head fins. right above the exhaust port there is a fin that has a spot on it to attach the spring. just get some needle nose pliars and streach it to the hook on the pipe from there.

wrap about 4 layers of aluminum foil around the header flange then tap the header on with a wooden or rubber mallet...make sure you get it up there good and tight, its easy to do with the quad on its grab bar. Also you can take some steel or copper wire and run it from the spring hook on the pipe to around your cylinder and that will be a temp fix. Or drill a small hole in the fins and find a spring to hook it up with.

i made a spring puller out of some grid wire and electricians tape, its really hard to get around th fins, but valhalla is right it goes right below the exhaust port where a vertical fin runs across the horisontal ones

thats why you should have showed the $$$ and bought a toomey pipe! but ya the fmf is half ass on every thing
