Can anyone tell me if there is a hole in the header where it connect to the head will it couse my Blaster to bog when I push in the throttle in second gear.but wen on neutral idle perfect. I just got the quad he told me its bore 40 over .bogs to the point you can't ride pass 2 nd gear

there is a baffle in the stock header pipe, that sometimes breaks.
it could be from the vibration of riding messing up your carb floats ect.
if it has a leaky exhaust flange it is a airleak, but i still dont think that is your problem

if it fully revs fine in neutral...then i would suspect under the vibration of riding and stress on engine...either low compression or fuel flow problem, sticking floats missing carb parts, weak spark hell the list can go on without seeing it in person/being there:)

low compression plus, a million other things written about 1million times all over blasterforum

can you take any pics of this troubled quad?
carb ect... to see your setup?

stock carb yes or no?
compression test yes or no?
airscrew setting? idle is under the seat on stock carb.
float height?
reeds are good
ngk b8es plug?
oil injection or pre mixed gas?
32:1 if premixing?
it is not burning tranny fluid=smelly white smoke?
free flowing gas from tank to carb?
flywheel woodruff key is not broke sending it out of timing?

soo it is a pod filter directly off your carb?
sorry if you answered any of these already
