exhaust issue

what do you guys think about this slice in my exhaust?

how should i go about cleaning it up? its pretty dirty

Take it to the local muffler shop, they should be able to fix it for around $10

Clean it to bare metal on both sides about a 1/4" back for a good weld.

Welder up take it to welding place probly do it for free its very small.

or get 2small pieces of metal and put it on both sides of the cut and put bolts in in it but welding it it a better option
