Exhaust Dents :(

i've been looking around and cant seem to findd a way to pop out dents out of my exhaust, any body have any tips??

ive herd of ppl pluggin on end and making an air tight fittin for the other end and hookin it up to an aircompressor and pushing air into it to make the dents pop....not sure exactly how they do it though....someone will chime in hopefully....

yes, and heat the dent with a torch...

i know on a car if ur out side in the hott weather u can take dry ice on small dents and it will pop out i guess idk if it works just heard of it

water expands when it freezes i believe. we've done this on an old gas tank for a motorcycle once and it worked. we had to do it a few times though

As the water expands, it presses the dents out I guess. Fill a cup with water and throw it in the freezer and you'll understand.

what can i seal the ends with? will duck tape work? or painters tape? lol

you're going to need something that will be stronger than what it takes to push the dents out, or else you are going to just push the plugs out not the dents

idk anything stronger besides gluing or welding something to the end of the pipe then cutting it off?
