I have a 2006 blaster i just bought 2 weeks ago, ran great but the intake hose was cracked so i replaced it with a custom one we made.
off the carb to a 3" pipe to a K & N filter with a sock to keep out the fine sand.
after opening up the intake it almost wouldnt run, after trying to adjust the air/fuel to no avail I added a larger jet , original in there was a 160 tried a 200 jet and it got better but still starving for fuel.
we then added a 310 jet which was almost perfect with a little fuel staving at high revs.
I added a 340 jet and now it is running perfect and the Plug looks good too.
question is my stainless fmf exhaust in the front header is now BLUE..?
