Doesn't seem like the problems are ever going to end. Got my bike back together finally after having all the seals in the lower crankcase replaced with new ones. New top end, had it leak tested and was good. Got it all back together this morning for the first time in like 3 weeks, 3rd or 4th kick started right up, it was running kind of boggy but I figured it was due to the new 300 jet I had installed. Warmed it up for about 15 minutes, shut it off, let it cool, started it back up and about 5 minutes in it just shut off, So I started it again, it ran and then just shut off again. I figured it was just the bigger jet and I had a couple other things left to do so I left it, came back about and hour or so later and now it won't start. Pulled the carb, cleaned it up, found the needle was bent so replaced that and put my air/fuel screw at 1.5 turns. Threw a new plug in it and tried starting it for like 30 minutes, tried a couple plugs and I just can't get it to start. What could it be? I even took the head off again and its perfect, no dings or anything. Im running out of ideas.

You need to troubleshoot first, dont immediately jump on the forums when something goes wrong. Try and figure it out for yourself, then if your still stumped, we can help

Blasterboy it sounds like he did troubleshoot. Hence the changing plugs cleaning carb and such. What do u want him to do tear the engine apart, do a full rebuild and then ask questions?

I would check for spark, and also make sure it is not flooded. Pull the plug, check for spark, if so, turn the key off and kick it over with no plug in like 10 times. Put a new plug in and start again. Make sure you are not flooding it.
