My engine revs up really high, as high as it can go, when in neutral or i have the clutch in and when it revs all the way up it wont turn off with the kill switch or the key until i put it in gear and stall it. When it revvs all the way up and i pull the choke out, it stops it. Also while it is in gear, it will pull me without me even touching the throttle. What is that?

sounds to me that you have developed an air leak. check the torque on the head and base nuts. I would assume you have a head gasket leak. You really need to order a leak down tester. it is ez to do and you can buy one cheap here that comes with complete instructions.

okay i was riding it just before and turned the screw by the choke the idle adjustment and it stopped racing but the choke doesnt stay out i pull it out and it shoots back in

Check that your carb slide is not sticking open. If that's good, leak test it to find your air leak. Should of read up before you started it. If you don't know, your sure to blow.

The best tool that any 2 stroke owner can have is a leak down tester.

All top end rebuilds should be leak tested before the motor is started!
