I'm having problems putting back together my son’s blaster engine. We have a 1999 blaster that we split the casing. We bought a new hot rods crank and top end kit. When we split the casing, we figured that it would be relatively easy to put back together. But it’s not as easy and we figured, especially with all the gears. I pretty mechanically inclined, rebuilding Chevy engines, but this is a whole new subject for me. I've been looking for a step by step guide on how the engine goes together. Is there a posting that I missed that explains this, or is there a particular manual that I can purchase or download? Any help will be appreciated.

i know there are blaster owners manuals on here that you can download. i cant help you out with the gears tho. i just hope when i put new gaskets on i can figure it out.

the gears are actually easier then you think.... i tore my bottom end apart twice to fix my tranny just mesh them together right like the one end where the sproket goes in goes through the one side with the longer shaft on the other side going through the other case to attach to ur clutch.... tom. if i get my manual out of my shed ill copy a pic for u if u want?

Thanks for your quick responce. This will make things a lot easier. Thanks blasterman312 for the download, it made a world of difference.
