engine rebuild help

I'm putting together a blaster shopping list to order. I need to rebuild a blaster that the piston skirt failed on and pieces fell into the crank. So I'm having a shop open up the cases to clean it out and check out the crank bearings. Just wanna make sure I'll have everything covered for the rebuild here.

Blaster is an 04 and completely stock minus banshee axle. Should I have the shop do a +4 timing mod too while they are in there? Anything else that could or should be done? Am i missing anything? Just wanna make sure I won't be needing anything else. Thanks

all you will need to for gaskets are as follows.1 reed cage gasket two if you have a reed spacer,1 clutchside gasket,1 head gasket, 1 base cylinder gasket,and as for a pistion kit you will more than likely have to buy the rist pin bearing that goes threw the pistion. most pistions dont come with one that i have bought. and if you have the bottom end split by the shop highly recomend new crank seal since case is split.

and it will not hurt to do the timeing mod thats what i did just hade the stock holes sloted out and turned 4dig. and it soundnt cost little or any thing at all if done this way with stock stator
