You'll need a flywheel puller to get the flywheel off, I'm not sure about a crank puller, I got mine off with a rubber mallet but a puller might be a safer way to go. Make sure you clean everything good, and throw some grease on your gears when you reassemble.
When you pull the clutch watch out for the little ball bearing in between the pushrod and clutch.
Something I messed up on was when I was installing the crank seal on the flywheel side, I pressed it in too far and it ended up rubbing on my crank causing drag so I had to split the case again to push it back out.
