engine miss

Well I finally got my blaster out riding this weekend, and noticed on the way home when I really got into it and got into the RPMs I had a slight miss, back out of the throttle a 1/8 turn(set up with a twist throttle atm till I get my cable in) it went away and pulled strong. Well the next day I was riding it a little bit and was going to follow my dad to the river( like 1/4 mile from the house) and got into it and it missed like crazy. Now running anywhere up to half throttle or so its ok with no problems at all, its just when you get into and get into the pipe that it starts it. Also the day before the only time I had a problem was in the top couple gears, up through 3 or 4 it didn't have any problems. Any ideas?

do u have ur timing advanced?maybe a clogged jet or something try cleanin ur carb

any mods on the bike? sounds like you may just need to clean out the carb, and check the reeds while you're at it

Nope no mods, Its been bored .20 over just recently, and the reeds have maybe 7 or 8 hours on them and card was rebuild last fall as well. Is there anything you can run through a carb to help clean it, that does'nt require a full teardown?
