Engine & Frame{ Confused}

My Blaster vin number shows it to be a 1999 Blaster but the engine is a 4 stroke, i just bought it and it's all good i mean i can repair it if it has problems but finding parts for it are confussing because it brings up a 2 stroke engine when i look up parts ? and the trans doesn't have a clutch u just shift all up.it's weird because it doesn't have an electric start just a pull start with a cable that reliefs the compression i can't find this engine in yamaha manuals does anyone else know about a Blaster with an engine like that?

Saw a blaster with a pull start engine on Craigslist a month ago. Gave me a chuckle, def wanna see some pics and maybe a ride report if you've ridden an actual blaster to compare.

it is a centrifugal clutch
probably a honda engine..
look for numbers on the engine cases....
then type them in your internet browser
if you cannot supply images of your engine
i just realized your occupation is small engine repair

look for numbers on the engine then search them
or similar pics that look somewhat close to your pull starter

At first it sounded like a chinese knock off Blaster untill you said pull start. Some pics would help us try and situate things and maybee figure out what you actually have..
