Engine bogs when cold

you should never just hop on and go on a 2stroke. the engine needs to get up to running temperature first. By heating the engine too quickly, the piston will expand more quickly than the cylinder and cause piston damage. my blaster is the same way. if i don't let it heat up properly it sputters a bit.

you should allow it to warm up until it runs and revs clean before riding and putting a load on it, it's the secret to a long lasting engine.

I let it run for awhile, I figured if I took it easy it was ok. I'll wait from now on.

sitting there lightly revving it takes less than 5 minutes for a full warm up, small price to pay for longevity !!!!I:I

you'll know. just let it idle blipping the throttle for about 5 minutes. you will tell as soon as you start to take off if it isn't warm yet
