electric start

My friend has a 90cc yerf dog atv. It has a electic start and also a kick start. Neither is working! It is not getting any power and the battery is good. Anybody know what could be wrong?X(

its a yerf dog, theres ur problem........ oh, and maybe bad wireing, or coil? is it getting spark? is it even turning over, maybe seized if the kicker won't work, sounds like its time to buy the kid a yamaha, and stay away from the chinese crap

The bike is turning over. The engine isn't seized. Its just not getting power to anything.

then idk whay it wouldnt kick start unless it has no spark, so it has to be the coil or the wireing

like was already said, get a Yamaha. whatever the hell a yerf dog is. =P
