so i changed my main jet after rebuild and forgot to put the brass washer back in it.couldnt go past quarter throttle fouled two plug within 30 min.put it back in and now back to normal.
dont ever do this

the brass washer acts like a seal to block fuel from coming around the threads of the jet. not using the seal if your carb needs it acts like a bigger jet.
