it looks decent... needs tires and a few other goodies... and id ditch that pipe. id look for the stroker spacer plate to see if its really a stroker but it doest look like a 240 anyways so thats a plus
I say at a $1000 that's a good deal. Maybe if you can drop him to$900. That's the first time I've seen a pipe like that on a Blaster. It looks like it may be a drag pipe. Just do the normal checks and see what paperwork he has to prove what he's saying it has. Never beleave it unless they can prove it.
