Finally found the problem , the person who disconnected the oil pump line from the carb had some kind of crap sealing the hole. It looked like it was ok but when I sprayed carb cleaner on it the motor almost died.If your air screw isn't set right you will get a bog too. Put your air screw at 1.5 turns out from a lightly seated position. Warm the bike up to operating temp. Raise the idle a little bit. Then set the air screw at a half a turn out. It will idle down some. Turn the air screw out a half a turn at a time until you get at highest idle. Will take a couple seconds for the motor to react to the a/f mixture change.
