dies when i give it gas

i have a 2001 blaster it hasnt been riden in a log time i changed the plugs cleaned the carb bought new reeds and it will start and idol just like normal but as soon as i give it any gas it bogs out im clueless could it be the jetting

its the tors system mine did the same thing disconnected the tors and it ran great look in the do it yourself section it shows you how to do it very detailed with pics to
