Cylinder paint removal?

i was wondering how you would go about removing the black paint off the cylinder, and i really wanted to know if there was an easy way to get the polish chrome look on the head

Smother it in paint stripper, wrap it tightly in aluminium cooking foil, leave for a few hours and blast off with a pressure cleaner.

Wear protective clothing.

Brake fluid works great at removing paint.
