Does ne one have ne tricks to getting a right bend pipe on the blaster. I just got a ct exhaust and I had to take two motor mounts off and rock the motor back just to get the head pipe on and its a lil off of the top mounting spot. And it is also very very close to the head if not touching it. Is this right or not??

Thans alot

My right hand was a bit of a pain, I had to use a little force. I left the flange half way slid on the pipe and eventually went. Mine is also probably 1/4" away from the head. I didnt move the motor or anything, but had to fish it around a bit. The instructions with my pipe actually said something about installing often you could cut something to make it easier. So the company knows it is a tight fit. We have the same pipe so I would say your fine. Something I would suggest is putting high temp copper permatex inside the flange, then slide it on. My pipe and bundyho's were both leaking from the flange.

stick a pry bar into the pipe and bend it to where you need it....

had to bend mine like 3 inches up and 1 to the left

My FMF fit like a glove... So your bike must be jacked up some how. lol I cant wait till I get my build done so then i can install a right bend pipe and, get to custom install it!

when i put my fmf on i had to push the silencer up real far and hold it and slid the bolt in real quick..but the head pipe was not a problem

the f7 is supposedly hand made, and i don't they put their heart and soul in every pipe lol. Most of them need tweaking.

hmmm..I dont know who told you that but most all productions exhaust systems are
stamped and welded designed ..shearer vitos fmf power pros lrd doesnt matter ..your going to pay alot more money for a handmade pipe.ill take a poorly fitting power pros/f7/ct over a good fitting vitos or fmf any day of the week lol

I figured it most likely wasnt, its just not cost effective in this day and age. Some other forum said that they were. Either way its still a really good performing pipe. I'll have a sound clip up in a few minutes.
