crank case cover( clutch side)

How do you replace the gasket in that what all would need to come of.. obv the kickstarter but is it a pretty big pain in the ass to do that?

Do you mean the outer cover gasket or the center gasket?

its easy you remove the footpeg, wind the starter down and just put a socket on it and push down, then remove the bolts that hold the case down, try to leave the starter in when u pull the case off becuz its kinda hard to put it back in if it does coem out there is a how to install the starter gear in the diy section. remeber lefty loosey righty tighty for the kick start nut

Make sure you keep track of the one long screw in the right front bottom of the case. It has to go back in there. Also, you have to disconnect the injector hose from the carb and the one that goes from the tank to the injector. I think it is easier to pull that one off the injector pump.

its the outer cover with the philips head screws and thx guys ill try without removing the kick starter
