so I rebuild the engine on my cr85, folled the repair manuel me and my freind rebuild it,now it makes like a little bit of rattling in the engine but runs mint?..............and antifrezze is comin out of the tube by the top why is this?

could be the engine mount bolts. Unless you didnt replace the gasket for the head, its prob leaking there, or you might have to tighten the hose clamps for the hose.
the whole topend is new with all new gaskets,its leaking out of the hose thats right next o the cap
see the rattling my freind says is the motor braking in and then the antifrezze is that I put to much in?...............also the bike wont idle but probley only has about 30mins run time on a fresh rebuild
usually the tube next to the cap is the overflow hose. If it gets hot from running but sitting still it will get hot and run out the overflow. You have to have air blowing thru the radiator to cool it off.
Did you get the cylinder bored and honed or did you just put a new piston and rings in the old cylinder?
