well, since my Blaster is air cooled, and I know a lot of people who's Hondas and Suzukis and Polaris' have overheated because of being air cooled, but I haven't driven my Blaster in the 30C heat, so I don't know how it will handle in hotter conditions. Has anyone had overheating problems? if so, after how long of riding in what tempurature?

And, is it possible to install a liquid cooling system on my Blaster?

I have but that was cause I was stuck in a creek and was reving it pretty hard to try to get out and wasn't really moving. If you are wanting to liquid cool look into getting the head off of a dt200, I have thought about mounting a fan in the frame infront of the motor for such situation either with a switch or on some sort of thermastat.

there's a water cooled head kit out there that's not too expensive. if its jetted right and stuff then it should be ok.

I havent rode min in the very hot weather yet also, so I cant say. I can tell you that the blaster engine was originally water cooled. Look at the plugged water intake just in front of the transmission, outside right front of engine. They were sold many places including Canada, Greece and Portugal ( not United States). I think they were called a DT200 motorcycle. Use the search on this site to find more info, people have talked about them before on here. I have seen a water cooled blaster before. I hear the parts are hard to find but bolt right on and will work.

you're going to need to put the whole jug on too not just the head. and then get the side cover done up to accept a water pump, and mount a radiator and stuff.
