COMPLETE bottome end reassembly- HELP

I have searched everywhere including this great forum. Rebuilding the bottom end of my 04 blaster.

I have watched and rewatched every video i can find and have the manual, but I am still not sure how to re-install the shifting cam, shifting forks and guide bar. The pics in the manual are not clear and the videos all seem to gloss over this part. There is one that says you should put them in as an assembly but does not tell you how to assemble them or how to put the assembly in the case.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Right now I am freezing the crank bearings to put them back in the case.

Thank you for the response, however I have watched all 6 of his videos on rebuilding the blaster motor. He starts the main engine rebuild with the parts I am talking about already installed. It is a great video for what I have to do after the shifting cam, forks ect..
