yeah i have some overheating issues i got to figure out why, probably because its a damn vitos 240 cylinder...and there is a rattle somewhere something is loose and it was too damn cold to mess with....
Are you running the vito's piston that came with the kit? I would pull the jug off and make sure she's in spec.
yeah i am , i think i might be pulling it off and putting a wossner in there, its runnin like a champ, holding 130-135 psi, jetting is almost perfect, i have it just a little rich for break in. im thinking about tackling the advance timing, going 4 deg.
