Clutch Spacer Thickness

Im trying to install a completely disassembled clutch. When referring to the manual a conical washer is installed first. This is my first question. Is this the very thin washer that has a small bevel to it that almost looks like a shim? Next question is the spacer that follows to the conical. How thick is it? I have blaster parts scattered throughout my shop and may have gotten a spare spacer threw in with the clutch parts. Both are the same diameter inside and out. Except one is about 50% thicker than the other. The manual doesn't say how thick it is and I'm unsure on which one to install.

In the attached pic I have the washer in the order I believe. Check my work and tell me if I have the conical washer correct and which if the two following spacers should I use.

That is correct order, however the size of the thicker one is gonna have to be trial and error, My quad came with one that was over a mm too thick and wasn't disengaging the clutch, I'd use the thinner one in my opinion. You also want the rounder part of that thin washer bevel to face you-so the outer part of it is touching the bearing understand?

Not following. I do understand that either the inside edge or the outside lip can touch the spacer before the basket. Which way though?

is there a way i can get a spacer from a hardware store? im tryna get my bike runinin.

Doesn't seem like a good idea to me. It might tear up the shaft. Odds are your not going to find one that fits perfect so it will be grinding against the shaft. I have several if you need one.
