I took my blaster in to have them change the seal becouse it was leaking fluid into the combustion chamber. I thought this was like an hour job. How long should this take and what is a reasonable charge for this job?

I wouldn't pay a shop to do that but they will probably charge 150-200 which is crazy but it does take a little time. the seal is cheap but they probably had to order it. there are also other ways for the tranny to leak into the crank chamber. your cases might leak where they mate together between the tranny and crank
