Clutch question

So, I buy a new clutch basket, Magnum brand.
I am assuming this is suppose to fix the radial play I had, but it does not get rid of it all. Question is, why don't they give the rubber pucks with them, so now what do I do??

you have to swap the gear and rubber buffers from the old to new baskets............

Every Hinson basket I have ever bought came with new cushions. They even say Hinson right on them. They aren't the greatest quality cushions, but they're new. That's pretty cheesy that Magnum doesn't include them. UPP lists cushions on their site for Banshee and Blaster, but Banshee and Blaster cushions are clearly not the same, so I'm not sure whats up with them.

Magnum is about $50 cheaper than most other brands.

But 95% of the time when you replace a basket, its because the old one is worn/broke. so might as well take it apart no?

also, i bought the magnum basket last year and had a problem fitting it.
the back plate that goes over the cushions has too small of a hole in the middle

I took mine to a local machine shop and they cut it out for $10 for me
