Hey guys I'm having some trouble with my blaster. I rebuilt the top end and when I went to put my clutch push lever back in I couldn't get it to hook up to my clutch cable. The lever wouldn't move far back enough to hook it up. So I unscrewed the clutch cable off the handle bar so I could hook it up from the lever first. When I went to screw it back on the handle bar I couldn't get it to screw back on because the cable wasn't long enough. The lever won't move back far enough for me to screw it in, like if it was stuck. Any advice?

unhook the cable and little spring on the actuator lever and pull the actuator up out of the cases, look down in there to see if the rod is sticking out too far to allow the actuator to return to it's normal position, it can get stuck behing the flat spot on the actuator.
use a small flat screw driver to gently push the rod back in towards the clutch side, and put the actuator back down in with the flat spot facing the clutch side.
also check the actuator doesn't have a groove worn in the flat spot allowing the rod to slip past, if so you'll need to find a good actuator

report back if that doesan't work and we'll move onto pulling the pressure plate and working from the clutch side
