clutch problem i can't figure out

ok so i decided to replace all my clutch plates since i had to take off the cover to block off the oil pump. i did it the way my haynes manual said too an i thought i got it all in right, but when you pull the clutch lever it dosent have much resistance its super easy to pull what could i have done wrong?

mine was real easy to pull to maybe the bolts on the basket were tightend not enough or to much so its not as hard to pull?

so did your clutch still work fine with it being easy to pull or did you have to take it back apart
