Please help I bought a 94 blaster with a 240 weisco bbk, toomey b1 from a friend who was using it for a while with no problems. I switched over to a twist throttle and removed the tors other than that I kept it the same even using the same oil and ratio as him I did notice the clutch was hard to get into nuetral while it was running a couple days ago and today while riding I heard a bang and back tires locked and it turned off. Inspecting it I found the clutch lever on the case moves and does not engage anything in the case just swings loose back and forth. I cannot turn motor with kick start or by turning the wheels. Does anybody know what it could be I will be working on it in the morning.

sounds like it could have caught a ring in a port hole in the cylinder or something in your clutch broke.take the right side cover off and there will be the clutch
