One of the a head of one of nuts that holds down the springs broke off. Had all those suckers 3/4 on and i was tightening the first one down and it broke X(. So should i get a whole new basket or just drill it out? Damned heavy duty Barnett springs!

Is there any of the threaded shaft showing? You can try to drill it but that is hit or miss.Do your best to get it out and if it doesn't go good than buy a new one.I would also run a tap through the threads next time.Sounds like there may have been something in there that bound it up and caused it to break.
When you tighten them suckers down on strong springs you have to do it very little, one at a time and diagonally.
If the threads were in good condition the broken part should come out pretty easily, if the threads were knackered, I dont like your chances.
